BioWhy I joined LiveJournal:
1.To get over blank page syndrome, i.e. my chronic unwillingness to write anything (including e-mail) unless it’s part of my job description
2.This is the closest I’ve ever been to partaking in that global phenomenon that’s currently raping print journalism, a.k.a. “blogging”<< not even a real word, according to MS Word 2003 spell check
3.To indirectly communicate with my friends on the western side of the Atlantic
4.To adapt to the life of a temporarily single bride-to-be (who, me?) in Prague without turning into a raving alco. (In brief: I’m lonely, and that’s dangerous.)
5.The closest I’ve ever come to having a “journal’ is the embarrassing diary I kept from age 10-12
6. Real life spawns real fiction (or literature, if you will).
